As a symbolic gesture to the nature by which humanity has suffered from HIV/AIDS and the hope that now exists for a true cure, Love Diamonds defines the methods by which we plan to gain support for the cure. Love Diamonds are the people, the products and the events that contribute to this effort.
People - Love Diamonds are the people who become involved in our campaign, contributing towards our goal and helping us raise more funds. Love Diamonds are also the people on our team whom we need to make this a success, people with ideas and skills including design, performance, finance, fundraising, legal, public relations, outreach and other expertise.
Products - Love Diamonds are a series of designer items, each one designed by an artist who offers the piece at-cost, with 100% of proceeds going toward the Cure. We are assembling a collection of pieces, which will be available through the Let's Cure AIDS website soon.
Events - Love Diamonds are a series of events all over Manhattan, working with talented performers, musicians and event venues to raise awareness and promote Love Diamonds. If you are a performer or musician, or if you have a venue which you could offer to us for one of our events, please let us know.
